irretrievable breakdown of the marriage, you may request marriage
counseling. A list of marriage counselors is available in the
office of the Prothonotary, Cumberland County Courthouse, 1

COUNT I - CONSENSUAL DIVORCE
1. Plaintiff, Dondricka L. Elvoid, is an adult, who
currently resides at 914 Ricketts Rd Apt D Carlisle,Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant, Donny L. Elvoid, is an adult, who currently
resides at 433 Brook Circle Mechanicsburg, Pa. 17050.
3. The parties have been a bona fide residents in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months
immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on January
24,1992 in Germany.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for
annulment between the parties.

6. Two children were born to this marriage.
(a) Dondre L. Elvoid d-o-b 4/7/93
(b) Donte L. Elvoid d-o-b- 6/19/94
7. The Plaintiff is presently in the armed forces of the
United States of America. Defendant is not in any branch of the
armed forces of the United States of America.
VERIFICATION
1, Dondricka L. Elvoid verify that the statements made in the foregoing are true
and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief. The undersigned
understands that my statements therein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S. A.
