All distributions to beneficiaries will be made in cash. Pursuant to Paragraph THIRD of the Will, Christ Community Church, Camp Hill, is to receive 10 % of the residuary estate. Pursyant to Paragraph FOURTH of the Will, the remainder is to be divided in equal shares, per stirpes, to Ralph E. James, John F. James, Daniel R. James and Michael J. James. All of the above named beneficiaries are now living.
