0825 hours, he was unable to serve a true copy of the within Complaint In Mortgage Foreclosure, upon the
within named defendant, to wit: William E. Barrick Jr. After several attempts Deputies have been unable
to make contact with anyone residing at 116 Salem Church Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050.
Neighbors have advised they have not seen anyone at this residence in a month and the Defendant's
mailbox is full with his mail. Additionally, personal effects can be seen inside the residence.

PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR SERVICE PURSUANT TO PENNSYLVANIA
RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 430 AND 410(c)(2)(3)
NOW COMES, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., by and through its attorneys, Linton, Distasio &
Edwards, P.C. and Anthony R. Distasio, Esquire, and moves this Honorable Court to issue an Order pursuant to
Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 430 and 410(c)(2)(3) permitting the Plaintiff to serve the Defendant with the
Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure and any other subsequent pleadings and notices, including Sheriff sale notices,
which require service by original process be made upon the Defendant by:
a) mailing copies thereof via certified and regular mail to his last known addresses of 116 Salem
Church Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 and 443 Indian Run Road, New Ringgold, PA 17960;
and
b) by posting the mortgaged property at 116 Salem Church Road, Mechanicsburg, PA
17050.
Plaintiff assigns as reason, therefore, after a due and diligent search as set forth in the attached affidavit and
after several various attempts by the Sheriff at service, it has been unable to serve the Defendant. Based upon
information provided by the Sheriff, Plaintiff believes that the Defendant is intentionally avoiding service of the
action and the jurisdiction of this Court. Plaintiff has been, and will continue to be, harmed by the delay caused by
the inability of the Sheriff to serve the Defendant.

AFFIDAVIT
1. I, Suzanne D. LaPearl, am a paralegal employed by Linton, Distasio & Edwards, P.C., 1720
Mineral Spring Road, P.O. Box 461, Reading, Pennsylvania 19603-0461.
As a paralegal, I assist Anthony R. Distasio, Esquire, counsel for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in the
above-captioned action.
The Sheriff's Office attempted service of the Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure upon the
Defendant at the property address of 116 Salem Church Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. The Sheriff issued a
return of no service and stated they have been unable to make contact with anyone residing at 116 Salem Church
Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 and neighbors have not seen anyone at the residence in a month. A true and
correct copy of the Return of Service is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4. The Sheriffs Office attempted service of the Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure upon the
Defendant at a possible address of 442 Indian Run Road, New Ringgold, PA 17960. The Sheriff issued a return of
no service and stated the Defendant was not found. A true and correct copy of the Return of Service is attached
hereto as Exhibit "B".
5. I searched the White Pages on the Internet at www.whitepap-es.com for the Defendant within
Pennsylvania and found one (1) listing with an address at the 442 Indian Run Road, New Ringgold, PA 17960,
which has already been attempted. A true and correct copy of the information obtained from the Internet is attached
as Exhibit "C".
6. I searched the White Pages on the Internet at www.switchboard.com for the Defendant within
Pennsylvania and found one (1) listing with an address of 116 Salem Church Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17241,
which has already been attempted. A true and correct copy of the information obtained from the Internet is attached
as Exhibit "D".
I ordered a Skip Trace Report from www.USA-Serve.com for Defendant and found the most
recent address to be 116 Salem Church Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, which has already been attempted. A true
and correct copy of the Report is attached hereto as Exhibit "E".
I mailed a Request for Change of Address or Boxholder Information Needed for Service of Legal
Papers to the Postmaster at New Ringgold, PA 17960, which was returned marked "Good as Addressed". A true
and correct copy of the Request is attached hereto as Exhibit "F".
I mailed a Request for Change of Address or Boxholder Information Needed for Service of Legal
Papers to the Postmaster at Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, which was returned marked "No change of address order on
file". A true and correct copy of the Request is attached hereto as Exhibit "G".
10. From and since the time the aforementioned information was obtained on the Defendant, all
attempts to contact him at any known address has been futile.
I verify that the statements made in this Affidavit are true and correct. I understand that false statements
contained herein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S.A. §4909 relating to unsworn falsification to
authorities.

NOW COMES, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., by and through its attorneys, Linton,
Distasio & Edwards, P.C. and Anthony R. Distasio, Esquire, and moves this Honorable Court to issue an
Order pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 430 and 410(c)(2)(3) permitting the Plaintiff to
serve the Defendant with the Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure and any other subsequent pleadings and
notices, including Sheriff sale notices, which require service by original process be made upon the
Defendant by methods as per this Court's Order of May 4, 2011, if not already effectuated, AND by:
a) mailing copies thereof via certified and regular mail to his last known addresses
of 442 Indian Run Road, New Ringgold, PA 17960
This Court entered an Order of May 4, 2011 for alternate service, a copy of which is
attached as Exhibit "A".
Plaintiff has discovered that the proper mailing address of the Defendant is 442 Indian
Run Road, New Ringgold, PA 17960, not 443 Indian Run Road, New Ringgold, PA 17960.
The proper address was placed upon the Return Receipt by the post office. A copy of the
Return Receipt is attached as Exhibit "B".
4. Although service is probably valid, Plaintiff is seeking to clarify the record by having the
Court enter an Order directing service on 442 Indian Run Road, New Ringgold, PA 17960. All other
methods of service in this Court Order of May 4, 2011 had been effectuated.
