The Court does add to its order the
overall settlement of $4,015,000 is reasonable given the
overall circumstances, and the Court does ratify the
agreement that was signed by the parties and as
previously noted at the times and dates set forth in the

order as well as the agreement itself.
A copy of this order shall be sent to all
