LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF N. RUTH HOOVER
I, N. RUTH HOOVER, of the Township of Monroe,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament.
I direct the payment of all my Just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as COnveniently may be after my
decease.
Ail the rest, residue and
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and where~eveA~ sit~e,
I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, Harold L. Hoover.
In the event, however, that my said husband should
predecease me, or should die at about the same time as I die,
such as in a disaster common to both of us, I give, devise
and bequeath my said Estate to my three (3) daughters, Cynthia
H. Weyer, Bonita K. Seely, and Nancy L. Howard, Trustees, in
Trust for the following purposes:
(a) The income from said Trust Estate shall be
used and expended for the support and maintenance of
my son, Frederick L. Hoover, for and during his natural
life.
(b) Any excess of income over and above that
which is needed for the support and maintenance of
my son shall be distributed among my three daughters
every six (6) months. ~
(c) After the death of my son, FrederiCk L.
Hoover, the said Trust Estate, together with any ac-
cumulated income, shall be distributed equally among
my said three daughters. If any of them shall have
died prior to receiving her share in the Trust Estate,
the same shall be ~d in Trust by the surviving Trus-
tees for the issue of such deceased daughter, if any,
until said issue shall attain the age of eighteen (18)
years, except, however, that said surviving Trustee
shall have authority to apply such portion of the prin-
cipal of the shares of said issue for his or her pro-
per support and education as may be necessary for these
p~rposes in the discretion of the Trustees. If any of
my daughters shall die without issue before receiving
her share in said Trust Estate, then such share shall
be added to the shares of the others.
(d) I direct that the interests of all beneficia-
ries in the Trusts hereby created, whether in the prin-
cipal or income thereof, shall be free from liability
to attachment or other legal process issued at the in-
stance of any creditor or assignee of such beneficiary,
and I direct that no payment shall be made by way of
anticipation of sums which may thereafter accrue to any
beneficiary.
(e) If the Trustees have taken into the Trust Es-
tate any real estate, and as Trustees consider it

feasible to sell the same, I hereby authorize, empower
and direct the said Trustees to sell at public or pri-
vate sale or sales, and to convey any such real estate
to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, and to give
good and sufficient Deed or Deeds for the same.
(f) If any of the beneficiaries of my Estate
shall be minors or mentally incompetent at the time
when a payment is due such beneficiary, and such minor
or incompetent has no Guardian appointed to see to the
application of his or her income, I authorize my Trus-
tees to make needful expenditures out of said income
for the proper maintenance of said beneficiary.

LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my
husband, Harold L. Hoover, to be the Executor of this, my
Last Will and Testament. If he should predecease me, or
for any other reason is unable to act as such Executor, I
appoint my daughters, Cynthia H. Weyer, Bonita K. Seely,
and Nancy L. Howard, to be the Executrices in his place
and stead. Furthermore, I direct that they shall not be
required to file bond or other security in the office of
the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my
Estate, or for the purpose of acting as Trustee under my
Will.
