Keisling, presently of the Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any will previously made by me. ITEM I. A. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate of every nature and where- ever situate, to my husband, Marlin Keisling, providing he shall survive me by sixty (60) days. B. Should my husband, Marlin Keisling, predecease me or die on or before the sixtieth day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my children, Chrystal Ann, Pamela Grace and Michael Luther, share and share alike. C. Should my husband, Marlin Keisling, predecease me or if we die in a common accident, I appoint my daughter, Chrystal Ann Twigg, guardian of the person and property which passes to my children Pamela Grace and Michael Luther, by this my will. D. \Shares of my estate payable to my children shall be taken and held by the above named guardian in a separate trust for the benefit of my children until they attain the age of twenty-one years. The guardian may invest and reinvest the same, shall collect the income, and may use any part of the income and principal for the support, well-being or education of my children. E. The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall not be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary alienation. ITEM II. I appoint my husband, Marlin Keisling, executor of this my Last Will. Should my husband fail to qualify or cease to act as executor, I appoint my daughter, Chrystal Ann Twigg, executrix of this my Last Will. ITEM III. On October 1, 2008, a notice was mailed to the personal representative advising her of the Failure to File the Status Report and advising her that she had 10 days in which to comply with Rule 6.12 by filing said report. 4. On October 13, 2008, a Notice of Failure to File Status Report and Request to Conduct a Hearing Pursuant to Rule 6.12, Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rule was mailed to the personal representative. 5. The personal representative did not appear at hearing held on February 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable Edgar B. Bayley in Courtroom Number 2. 6. On February 17, 2009, a letter from Kirk Sohonage, Solicitor was mailed to Personal Representative via regular and certified mail advising her that she had 10 days to comply or a Motion for Sanctions for Failure to Comply with Orphans' Court Rule 6.12 would be filed requesting counsel fees and court costs be assessed against them. 7. On March 10, 2009, the certified mailing of the solicitor's letter was returned unclaimed. 8. As of this date, the Status 6.12 Report has not been filed. WHEREFORE, moveant requests that the Personal Representative and counsel be held in contempt and that a warrant be issued for her arrest until such time she complies with the Order of this Court.
