I, Arthur P. Arnold, declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of California that the following statements are
true and correct:
1. I am the son of the above-referenced decedent, Leona B. Arnold.
2. I am aware that my brother, Richard B. Arnold has been named as the Personal
Representative of my Mother's estate.
3. I am also aware that the original will has not been found.
4. I am also aware that my Mother was the Settlor of a Revocable Living Trust that
names my brother, my sister and me as the co-beneficiaries thereof and that the Last Will and
Testament is a pourover will meant to transfer any assets not already titled to the trust into the
trust.
5. At no time prior to her death did my Mother ever indicate to me that she
intended to revoke her will.

6. I do not oppose the Petition to Admit a Copy of the Original Will to Probate and
request that the Petition be granted.
