Plaintiff is a corporation with a place of business located at 2911 Lake Vista Drive, Lewisville, Texas 75067. 2. Defendants are adult individuals with a last known address of CARROLL HARRIS 133 SHELL ST HARRISBURG, PA 17109 SUSIE M ESPOSITO 909 ACRI RD MECHANICSBURG, PA 17050 3. Plaintiff is the holder of a Contract duly executed by Defendants. See a copy of the Contract attached hereto as Exhibit 1. 4. Pursuant to the Contract, Defendants agreed to make monthly payments for the financing of the motor vehicle identified in the Contract. 5. Defendants have failed to make the required monthly payments pursuant to the Contract, and has a balance due of $14,954.00. 6. Plaintiff avers that the Contract between the parties provides that Defendants will pay Plaintiff's reasonable attorneys' fees. 7. Plaintiff avers that such attorneys' fees amount to $125.00. 8. Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendants have willfully failed and/or refused to pay the principal balance, attorneys' fees, interest, or any part thereof to Plaintiff.
