PETITION TO MAKE CITATION ABSOLUTE
The Petitioners, Cindy Poole, Gary Lee Batzel, Sr., and Ronald J. Batzel, by and through their
attorneys, Salzmann Hughes, PC, respectfully represent the following in support of this Petition to Make
Citation Absolute:
1. On February 14, 2011, Petitioner filed a Petition for Citation requesting that Ms.
Branthafer's son, Ronald J. Batzel, be appointed to be the substitute Executor of the
estate since neither of the named Co-Executors is willing to serve in that capacity.
2. On February 25, 2011, Ms. Glenda Farner Strasbaugh, Register of Wills, issued a
Citation upon the interested parties to show cause within twenty (20) days of service of
the citation why Letters of Administration c.t.a. for the Estate of Grace A. Branthafer
should not be granted to Ronald J. Batzel. (A true and correct copy of the Citation is
attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A").
3. Twenty (20) days from service have passed and no response has been filed by any of
the interested parties.

WI-IEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that the attached Order be entered
making the Citation absolute and that Letters of Administration c.t.a. for the Estate of Grace A.
Branthafer be granted to Ronald J. Batzel.
