AND NOW, upon the consideration of the petition of Alexandra B. Biraf~,
by and through her power of attorney, Jacqueline Williams, it is ORDERED that Jodi
Diego is appointed the successor trustee for the trust created under the Deed dated
April 29, 1971 and recorded on April 30, 1971 in Deed Book B24 Page 352 in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds and modified by the Assignment and
Release dated February 15, 1981 and recorded on June 4, 1984 in Misc. Book 295
Page 1119 in the Recorder of Deeds in Cumberland County.
It is further ORDERED that the successor trustee, Jodi Diego, shall convey the
property subject to the trust located at 1301 Kelton Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
and as more fully described in Deed Book 624 Page 352 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds to Jennifer L. Hooper and Kathryn L. Hooper in accordance with
the Agreement of Sale dated January 20, 2011.
It is further ORDERED that the proceeds of the sale shall be made payable
directly to the beneficiary, Alexandra B. Birch and that the Trust shall terminate. Any
costs associated with terminating the Trust shall be paid by the beneficiary.
The Trustee is not required to post a Trustee's Bond.
