Dear Judge Oler,
I am in receipt of a Court Order dated March 13, 2011, concerning the above-referenced
matter which schedules a hearing before you on April 4, 2011 at 2:30 p,m. Unfortunately, I have
been scheduled for a hearing in Lancaster County, Orphans' Court before the Honorable Judge
I-Tolberg ox~ the same date. The matter in Lancaster Country has been scheduled for quite some
time. Y have conferred with opposing counsel, J. Edward Beck, Esquire, and requested his
concurrence in my request for a continuataCe of the Apri14~` hearing before you. Attorney $eck
concurs with my request for a continuance. I would ask that this matter be rescheduled at the
earliest possible date at the convenience of the Court.
