The undersigned, hereby acknowledge that Patricia A. Mowatt, Executrix of the Estate of
Bernard G. Ryle, deceased, has distributed to the undersigned in cash and IRA account in the
amount of Eighty Eight Thousand One Hundred Eighty One and 49/10() Dollars ($88,181.49) as
full payment of all sums due pursuant to the Estate of Bernard G. Ryle, directs and authorizes the
Clerk of the Orphan's Court Division to mark satisfied of record the award which may be made in
his individual favor.
