Zocx Date of Death: 3/24107 File No. 2007-00319 Dear Ms. Farner-Strasbaugh: With regard to Question No. 2 of the Status Report form, the Estate has not been closed because there was a formal notice of claim registered against the Estate by a credit cazd company in the amount of approximately $10,000 in March 2007. Neither of the surviving children was aware of the account, nor was there any documentation in the Decedent's effects with respect to the account. I communicated to the credit cazd representative the need to supply documentation March 31, 2007, and in follow up communications. No information substantiating the claim has ever been provided. On March 31, 2011 the claim will be extinguished by expiration of the last conceivable limitations period, and the final account then can be filed. There was only one asset of value, a home, all proceeds were distributed to pay mortgages and documented debts with the net paid to his two children less withholding for taxes and escrow for this claim.
