ORDER
AND NOW, March 16, 2011, the Court having had an opportunity to meet with
Constantine Mallios and Vasiliki Mallios, and their respective counsel, Thomas E. Flower,
Esquire, representing Mr. Mallios, and Elizabeth H. Feather, Esquire, representing Ms. Mallios,
and the Court believing that some progress has been made, the Court is CONTINUNING the

April 1, 2011, hearing until May 10, 2011, at 9:30 a.m., in ~df~'~'~~' I~I~ 1 of the Perry County
Courthouse, New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania.
The Court is also optimistic, and is therefore requesting that Court Administration
schedule another one hour settlement conference at least two weeks prior to Ma 10, 2011.
This matter is scheduled for conference on , 2011, at
o'clock .m. in i~~ of the Perry County Courthouse, New
Bloomfield, Pennsylvania.
The Court is asking that counsel, the co-executors of the estate, and the petitioner in this
matter, be present for the conference. The Court understands that Mr. Flower may be
withdrawing his appearance, and the Court would certainly be willing to accommodate the
schedule of new counsel. However, that shall not result in any continuances.
