AND NOW, comes PATRICIA TOOMEY, Petitioner, pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.'§$181j~~~6d
espectfully petitions the Register of Wills of the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, to revoke Letters of Administration granted to Petitioner on the Estate of Ronald L. Toomey,
~eceased, and to issue Letters Testamentary to Petitioner on said Estate.
Petitioner respectfully represents as follows:
Ronald L. Toomey, Decedent, died on January 18, 2011, at Holy Spirit Hospital in East
~'ennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. At the time of his death, Decedent was a
~esident of said Cumberland County, and lived at 904 16th Street in the Borough of New Cumberland, and
(left assets in said County.
2. At the time of Decedent's death, Petitioner inadvertently erred in indicating that Decedent
,had made no testamentary disposition of his assets and died intestate. Petitioner applied for Letters of
Administration on March 8, 2011 on Decedent's Estate, which Letters were granted by the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on the same date.
3. The Administration of the Decedent's estate is presently incomplete.
4. After the granting of Letters of Administration, it was discovered that Decedent had left a
Last Will and Testament being submitted herewith for probate and filing.
LAw o~icES I I 5. Petitioner is named in said Will as Executrix and consents to act as such.

6. Petitioner is the sole heir of Decedent. Decedent had no children and his parents
him.
7. Petitioner is the sole legatee, devisee and beneficiary under Decedent's Last Will and
estament.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that:
A. The Letters of Administration issued to Petitioner be revoked;
B. The Last Will and Testament of Ronald L. Toomey be admitted to probate; and
C. Letters Testamentary be issued to Petitioner.
