ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 28th day of March, 2011, the Cumberland
County Aging and Community Services Agency having advised the
court that the potential exists for moving Mr. Juhl from the
secure assisted living unit to an assisted living unit, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that on or before the close of
business each Friday, the Cumberland County Aging and Community
Services Agency shall advise the court of what steps have been
taken to make such move and when such movement can be
anticipated.
