RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, MARIANNE WHITE, of 1049
North Fairville Avenue, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that I have
ii received from Marianne White, Executrix of the Estate of Flora R. Grant, late of the
Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
'; one-dollar (~1. DD) and other valuable consideration in full settlement of any claim or
claims that I may have by, under and because of the Will of the late Flora R. Grant.
AND, THEREFORE, I, MARIANNE WHITE, intending to be legally bound
hereby, do, by these presents, release, quit-claim and discharge Marianne White, as
Executrix of the Estate of Flvra R. Grant, deceased, and, her heirs and assigns, of and from
all actions, claims and demands whatsoever, related to the administration of this Estate.
I, MARIANNE WHITE, have been duly advised of my right to have Marianne
White, Executrix, file with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of
'~'! Cumberland County an Accounting of the services she has rendered, and I do hereby
;' specifically waive my right to have such an Accounting prepared and presented to the Court.

315 Fifth Street, Box 323, Summerdale, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that I have
received from Marianne White, Executrix of the Estate of Flora R. Grant, late of the

one-dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration in full settlement of any claim or
