DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 29th day of March, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition to Revoke Letters of
Administration and for Probate of Will and Issuance of Letters Testamentary, IT IS HEREBY
DECREED the probate record is opened to admit the document dated June 22, 1999, as the Last Will and
Testament of Testament of Ronald L. Toomey.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Letters of Administration previously granted to Patricia
Toomey are hereby revoked and Letters Testamentary are granted to Patricia Toomey this day. Patricia
Toomey shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with
the administration of this Estate according to law.
