Plaintiff is Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-1, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-1, a corporation duly organized and doing business at the above captioned address. 2. The Defendant is Stephen L Marks, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last-known address is 4111 North 21 Street Apartment 221, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. 3. The Defendant is Alfia R. Marks, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last-known address is 4111 North 21 Street Apartment 221, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. 4. On March 3, 2006, Stephen L Marks and Alfia R. Marks made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for American Brokers Conduit which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1944, Page 2523. 5. The aforesaid mortgage was thereafter assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for American Brokers Conduit to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-1, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-1, by Assignment of Mortgage, which will be duly recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County. 6. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the legal description attached as Exhibit "A" and is known as 14 Hosfeld Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. 7. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon said mortgage due November 1, 2010 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are collectible forthwith. 8. The following amounts are due on the mortgage: Principal Balance $ 313,087.32 Interest through February 25, 2011 $ 3,943.02 (Plus $26.75 per diem thereafter) Attorney's Fee $ 1,250.00 Late Charges $ 382.74 Corporate Advance $ 39.60 Escrow Advance $ 198.00 GRAND TOTAL $ 318,900.68 9.
