KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that: ~~~ -~:" '~;,

WHEREAS, Edward E. Bigler, late of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died.
testate on March 22, 2010, having first made his last Will and Testament which was
duly executed on July 22, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, the said last Will and Testament named Paul Sheffer as Executor of
the Estate of Edward E. Bigler; and,
WHEREAS, Paul Sheffer was appointed Executor of the Estate of Edward E.
Bigler on July 15, 2010; and,
WHEREAS, the Executor has filed the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return in
this estate which has been confirmed by the Department of Revenue; and,
WHEREAS, all of the decedent's assets have been gathered by the Executor
and the decedent's debts and expenses of administration have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, being the sole residual beneficiaries of
Edward E. Bigler do hereby acknowledge that we have this day acknowledged our
agreement to receive from the Executor the sum of $2,300.00, in full satisfaction and
payment of all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, and devises as are given,
devised and bequeathed to us by Edward E. Bigler, due to us under his said Last Will
and Testament.

AND, we do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved
in the filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, we agree that no account is
necessary and we do hereby agree that we do consent to distribution being made
without the filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be with the
same force and effect as if they had been filed and confirmed by the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County;
AND FURTHER, we do release the said Executor from any and all claims against
him for his administration of this estate and any and all other matter affecting the
administration of the estate.
