Please note my change of address as indicated above. Enclosed is a final accounting of Jeff s estate as all debts have been paid or written off and administration of the estate is complete. Jeff never changed his beneficiary wording for his pension and 401k account to match the wording in his wail, so his children received the monies from those accounts directly and 1 have no estate to administer. Enclosed is a spread sheet indicating the total of Jeff Levin's assets and liabilities. After all payments, write offs and unpaid debts, the net result was a negative dollar amount. A copy of the spread sheet is being sent to Brian Levin (son) and Laura Levin (daughter), and Debra Levin (ex-wife, guardian of Laura).
