Dear Ms. Strasbaugh:
As your records will reflect, the above-referenced Estate was opened by our client, Erin
Short. Ms. Short did this at our direction, sir~~;e.,a,~l.~f~ insurance company required her to be
named as Administratrix of the estate of her Husband, who tragically died at a very young age.
~I f~ceiivod=today your original correspondence concerning the Rule 6.12 Status Report, as
well as the second letter establishing a hearing,for March 18, 2011. Under separate cover, we
'ha've; iri fact; filed the Status Report on behalf of Ms. Short, and wi1P be representing her from
this point forward.'
I wanted to apologize for her failure to respond back to your earlier correspondence;
however, she still is having a difficulty in coping with her husband's death.
We are f realizing the inheritance tax return, and, since there were no children, Ms. Short
is not only Administratrix of the Estate, but its sole beneficiary.
If your office could advise me as to whether you will take this matter off of the list for
March 18.. 2011, based upon these circumstances, it would be rr;~ast appreciated. Should you
