ORDER
AND NOW, this ~D~day of March, 2011, upon review of the Executrice's Petition to Appoint
a Substitute Trustee it is hereby ordered that Jennifer R. Heishman, Executrix of the Estate of
Juanita L. Rosenberry, a1k/a Juanita L. Calaman, is hereby named substitute trustee for the trust
created under the Last Will and testament of Juanita L. Calaman with the following requirements:
1. All trust funds, that being sixty thousand dollars, shall be placed in a federally insured
financial institution either in a savings account, money market account or Ceritificate of
Deposit having a term of no greater than three (3) years with automatic renewal provisions.
2. Once the said funds are placed in the federally insured account or federally insured
certificate of deposit, no funds may be withdrwn without further order of this Court.
3. The Trustee shall provide the federally insured fiancial institution a certified copy of this
order.
