Darr, who is one of the mortgagors and real owners of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his last-known address is 13 Fairfield Street, Mt. Holly, PA 17065. 3. The Defendant is Karen M. Darr, who is one of the mortgagors and real owners of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and her last-known address is 13 Fairfield Street, Mt. On 9/28/98, mortgagors made, executed and delivered a Trustee, Plaintiff the Office of the of Mortgage Book 670, by Chapel California, N.A. as Custodian or Assignment of Mortgage recorded in Cumberland County in Assignment mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Chapel Mortgage Corporation which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1485, Page 710. 5. On 4/2/01, the aforesaid mortgage was thereafter assigned Mortgage Corporation to Bankers Trust Company of herein, by Recorder of page 1021. 6. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the legal description attached as Exhibit "A" and is known as 13 Fairfield Street, Mt. Holly, PA 17065. principal forthwith. 8. 7.
