IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the Trust under Article IV of
Decedent's Will shall be disregarded and the assets of the estate otherwise available to fund the
Trust shall be distributed, free of trust, directly to MARY C. CONNOR, Decedent's surviving
spouse and Current Beneficiary.
