THAT WHEREAS, the Decedent, NANCY G. SGRIGNOLI, died, testate, on November 24,
2010;
WHEREAS, the Decedent's Last Will, dated February 18, 1999 was accepted to probate with the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County on December 13, 2010;
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were issued to Jeffrey L. McConnell and Constance
McConnell as Co-Executors on December 13, 2010;
WHEREAS, J. GUY PELULLO is a named beneficiary under the Last Will of the decedent and
as such is entitled to his share of the specific bequeath of $1,000.00 with his former wife, DENISE
PELULLO as per Item 2d. of the decedent's Last Will;
WHEREAS, J. GUY PELULLO, having been advised of this entitlement of the specific bequeath
amount of $1,000.00, desires, nevertheless, to waive and disclaim his said inheritance from the decedent
and directs the entire amount of $1,000.00 be distributed by the Co-Executors of this estate to his former
wife, DENISE PELULLO; and
NOW THEREFORE, J. GUY PELULLO does hereby voluntarily and knowingly waive, disclaim
and renounce any share or entitlement of the decedent's estate to which he may be due per the Last Will
and direct his share of the specific bequeath be distributed to his former wife, DENISE PELULLO.
FURTHER, it is hereby agreed that this Disclaimer of Estate Interest may be filed with the Clerk
of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
pursuant to the Pennsylvania Estate and Fiduciary Code, Section 6203 (20 Pa. C.S.A. Section 6203, as
amended).
