AND NOW, this 1 ~ day of April, 2011, upon consideration of the Amended Petition for Probate and Grant
of Letters and an amended death certificate for the decedent, Grace L. Brenizer, filed by Barbara S. Willer and
Robert G. Frey, Esquire, IT IS DECREED that the probate record shall be amended to reflect the correct Social
Security Number as 207-22-0047. IT IS FURTAER DECREED that after the convection is made, Letters
Testamentary shall be issued reflecting the correct Social Security Number and the Register of Wills shall notify
the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, Inheritance Tax Division of the change to the estate record.
