not materially prejudice the Principal, his creditors, or his heirs and beneficiaries,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that Fulton Bank, N.A. is granted
permission as Agent for George F. Myers to disclaim an interest in property under 20 Pa. C.S.A.
§6202.
