1. Plaintiff is Federal National Mortgage Association.
2. Defendant is DONNA HOTHAM or Occupants.
3. Plaintiff is the record owner of premises located at 2 NORTH LOCUST STREET, UNIT B, A/K/A 6 NORTH
LOCUST STREET, SHIREMANSTOWN, PA 17011-6376, a legal description of which is attached.
4. Plaintiff became the owner of said premises as a result of the foreclosure and judicial sale by the Sheriff of
CUMBERLAND County, on 03/02/2011, as evidenced by the Sheriffs deed recorded 03/24/2011 in the Office of
the Recorder of CUMBERLAND County in Instrument No. 201109146.
5. Plaintiff, by virtue of the above, is the record owner of said premises, and is entitled to possession thereof. The
defendant is occupying the said premises without right and so far as the plaintiff is informed, without claim of
title.
6. Plaintiff has demanded possession of the said premises from the said defendant who has refused to deliver up
possession of same.

Legal Description
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel and tract of land, together with the improvements thereon
erected, situate in the Borough of Shiremanstown, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described herein, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Locust Street 24.5 foot right-of-way
said point being at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 4 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
thence by Lot No. 4 North 86 degrees 38 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 100.00 feet to a
point at Lot No. 5 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by Lot No. 5 South 03
degrees 35 minutes 00 second East, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point at Lot No. 2 on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by Lot No. 2 South 86 degrees 38 minutes 38 seconds
West, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the eastern right-of-way line of Locust Street; thence
by the eastern right-of-way line of Locust Street North 03 degrees 35 minutes 00 second West, a
distance of 20.00 feet to a point at Lot No. 4 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, the point
and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 3 on the Land Development Plan for Russell C. Goodling recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 65, Page 119, and containing 2,000.00 square feet or 0.45 acres.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a townhouse known and numbered as 2 North Locust Street,
Unit B.
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO A CERTAIN Declaration of Easement, Right-of-Way and
Maintenance Responsibility recorded in Cumberland County Miscellaneous Book Page
BEING A PART OF THE PREMISES WHICH Mary Ann Quigley by her deed dated July 28,
1992, and recorded July 30, 1992, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Record Book U35, Page 697, granted and conveyed unto Russell C.
Goodling, one of the Grantors herein.

VERIFICATION
I hereby state that I am the attorney for the Plaintiff in this eviction action and is authorized to
make this verification. The statements made in the foregoing Civil Action - Ejectment are correct to the
best of my knowledge, information, and belief. I was the attorney for the Plaintiff or Plaintiffs
predecessor in interest in the underlying foreclosure action. I am with the law firm on the writ of
execution, and my law firm or an agent of my firm purchased the property on behalf of the Plaintiff by
bidding on the property at the sheriffs sale. I am making this verification rather than a representative of
the Plaintiff because I have personal knowledge of the purchase of this property at sheriffs sale.
The undersigned understands that this statement is made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa.C.S.
§4904 relating to unsworn falsification to authorities.
