On or about 7/14/2000. Defendant executed a Revolving Credit Agreement "Agreement".
The Defendant defaulted under the terms of the Agreement by failing to make the monthly payments when due and is indebted to the Plaintiff in
the amount of $5,986.56 plus interest at the rate of 10'% per annum as of the date of filing
Despite rep,_ated demands, the Defendant has failed and refused to pay the aforesaid balance due and owing.
Defendant is liable to Cavalry on this debt as an account stated
This communication is from a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
