On or about 10/ 18/2006, Defendant executed a Revolving Credit Agreement "Agreement".
The Defendant defaulted under the terms of the Agreement by failing to make the monthly payments when due and is indebted to the Plaintiff in
the amount of $1,862.49 plus interest at the rate of 0% per annum as of the date of filing
Despite repeated demands, the Defendant has failed and refused to pay the aforesaid balance due and owing.
Defendant is liable to Cavalry on this debt as an account stated
This communication is from a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

2011, she filed with the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of
West Virginia a petition in bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. The petition is
pending before the Honorable Patrick M. Flatley, Bankruptcy Judge, and has been assigned Case
No. 11-01190.
The filing invoked Section 362 of the Bankruptcy code, which stays all court actions and
collection proceedings against the debtor as well as all acts to perfect or enforce liens or to obtain
