Dear Ms. Farner Strasbaugh:
I am pleased to report that Mr. Arnold found the
original will of his Mother, Leona B. Arnold. As a result,
it will not be necessary to probate a photocopy.
I write to withdraw the Petition to Admit a Copy of
the Original Will and request that you cancel the hearing
that was scheduled regarding that petition.
We anticipate that the estate will be opened in the
near future.

matter.
