AND NOW, this 5th day of April, 2011, upon consideration of Diane M. Burgraffs
Petition by Beneficiary of a Trust for an Accounting of the Trust, Trustee/Respondent
Edward A. Siemon, III's Answer thereto with New Matter, Diane M. BurgrafPs Answer to
New Matter and after oral argument;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED the Trustee shall provide to Diane
M. Burgraff an itemized list of all expenses paid and distributions made by the Restated
Trust and its predecessor, the Marcella P. Siemon Revocable Living Trust since
January 22, 2008. This information shall be provided on or before June 1, 2011.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Trustee, Edward A.
Siemon, III shall provide an update of this information to Diane M. Burgraff quarterly on
October 1, January 1, and March 1, and June 1 of each year hereafter until the Trust is
concluded.
