ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bonnded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Lowell Lane, 25 feet from the centerline
of the same, said point being on the centerline of 20 foot wide storm water easement, also being the
southwestern comer of Lot No. 111.
THENCE across said storm water easement and along said fight-of-way of Lowell Lane, North 71
degrees 14 minutes 1 seconds West, a distance of 62.00 feet to a point at the southeastern comer of
Lot No. 109.
THENCE leaving said right-of-way and along Lot No, 109, North 18 degrees 45 minutes 59 seconds
East, a distance of 149.14 feet to a point on the line of lands now or formerly of Albert and
Elizabeth Schaffhauser.
THENCE along said lands of Schaffhauser, South 64 degrees 33 minutes 57 seconds East, a distance
of 23.60 feet to a point on the same, also being the southern comer of lands now or formerly of C.F.
