AND NOW, this 7th day of April, 2011, the Court having been advised that
attempts to settle this matter have failed and that the hearing/argument previously
scheduled for March 1, 2011, must now be rescheduled,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a hearing in this matter will take
place on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 2 of the Cumberland
County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that each party shall file a pre-
hearing memorandum in the following format:
I. A concise statement of factual issues to be decided at the hearing.
II. A list of witnesses the party intends to call at the hearing along with a concise
statement of their anticipated testimony.
III. A list of all exhibits each party anticipates presenting at the hearing.
Additionally, each party shall file a legal brief in the matter on or before
July 29, 2011. In addition to any other legal issues the parties feel relevan~e briefsn

between Paul Mosher as trustee and his wife Jean?
2. Does the revocation of the "S" status regarding Security Savings System, Inc.
have any effect on the trust in question?
3. Does the shareholder's agreement prevent revocation of the "S" status?
4. Has a valuation of the stock of Securities Savings System, Inc. been
completed?
5. What role do the financial statements of Security Savings System, Inc. play in
computing the value of the stock?
