Last Will and Testament of Hilda M. Shotsberger. an ed an appointment as Executor unde~thee
and Grant of Letters, James A. Shotsberger w gr
Last Will and Testament of Hilda M. Shotsberger.
The said James A. Shotsberger died on March 23, 2011. A Death Certificate for James A.
Shotsberger is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Mary E. Shotsberger is named as the alternate Executrix under the Last Will and Testament of
Hilda M. Shotsberger. Mary E. Shotsberger requests to be appointed as Executrix. Mary E.
Shotsberger hereby waives her right to receive compensation for any and all services rendered by
her in her capacity as Executrix.
