AND NOW, comes the Douglas R. Roeder, Esq., for the Petitioner, the Elder Protection.
Clinic at the Pennsylvania State University -Dickinson School of Law, and avers the following:
1. The Petitioner is anon-profit organization that provides free legal services to t:he elderly.
2. The Petitioner is bringing this case as an interested third party, and is neither representing
the alleged incapacitated person or the proposed guardian, and is working free o:F charge.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that this Honorable Court allow the Petition to
proceed in forma pauperis.
