DeLuca, Esquire, who moves as follows: 1. The Moving Party, Cumberland County Aging & Community Services, is the Petitioner in this matter. 2. Petitioner, who is the Guardian of the Person and Estate of George W. King, filed a Petition to Sell Real Estate on March 8, 2011 to No. 21-10-0842. 3. On March 10, 2011, a Rule was issued upon George W. King to show cause why the relief that was requested should not be granted, said Rule being returnable within 14 days of service. 4. Grace D'Alo, Esquire, attorney for Geeorge W. King, was served with the Order of Court dated March 10, 2011 on March 14, 2011 and concurs with the request of Cumberland County Aging & Community Services to sell the real estate of Mr. King. ~~ 5. More than 14 days have elapsed since the date of service. WHEREFORE, the Moving Party respectfully requests that the Rule be made Absolute and the relief requested in Petitioner's Petition to Sell Real Estate be granted.
