Esquire, files this Motion for Continuance and in support thereof avers as follows:
1. An Emergency Guardianship Hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on April 14,
2011.
2. Counsel for the alleged incompetent is not available on April 14, 2011.
3. Counsel for the alleged incompetent has spoken with Kara W. Haggerty,
Esquire, regarding this matter.
4. Attorney Haggerty has agreed to a short continuance of this matter.
