ZIMMERMAN and ROSAhRWE ZIMMERMA/q, (hereinafter referred to as 2004, referred into an agreement undertook and (herein "AGREEMENT" ) whereby the CONTRACTOR agreed to do the following work: /~ ~_~ on the erection and construction of the building of OWNER's, which is situated on that certain lot 6f ground owned by OWNER and situate in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which is more particularly described in Deed dated June 10, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on June ~1 , 2004, in Deed Boo~z~ , Page~ , which is incorporated herein by reference. NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the CONTRACTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to CONTRACTOR in hand paid by OWNER, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the above referred to Agreement between the parties, for CONTRACTOR and all of CONTP~ACTOR's subcontractors (and all parties acting through or under them), covenants and agrees that no mechanic's liens or "OWNER"). The OWNER is actinq as his own General Contractor concerning the construction of a chicken house on the hereinafter to property, and the OWNER AND CONTRACTOR have entered claims shall be filed or maintained by it or them or any of them against the building(s) and the lot of ground upon which the building is situated (as referred to above) for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under the Agreement or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the repair or renovation or erection and construction of the building(s) on the lot referred to above, and the CONTRACTOR, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the buildings or lot, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
