AND NOW, this 18`s day of April, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition To
Make Rule Absolute, the motion is granted, the Rule issued on March 10, 2011, is made
absolute, and it is hereby directed that the real estate at 6027 William Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (Parcel No.: 10-19-1604-147) owned
by George W. King, shall be sold "AS IS -WHERE IS", with all faults and current
conditions to an appropriate buyer and that Petitioner is authorized to execute any and all
documents relation to the sale by signing as Guazdian of the Person and Estate of George
W. King.
