MECHANICS LIEN
Claimant, EWING'S WOOD FLOORS, INC., through the undersigned counsel, files this
claim against the improvements and property at 36 Kelly Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for
a payment due to Claimant as a contractor for labor and materials furnished by Claimant and the
sanding and finishing of wood floors. In support of the claim, the Claimant avers the following
statement;
1. The owners or reputed owners of the property are Keith L. Plasterer and
Jamie L. Plasterer, husband and wife, with an address at 36 Kelly Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050.
2. Claimant is Ewing's Wood Floors, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation having its
address at 65 Barrens Church Road, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania 17019.
3. The improvements on the property which is the subject of this claim are the
sanding and finishing of wood floors in a single family dwelling located on 36
Kelly Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050.
4. The labor and materials for which the debt is due were furnished pursuant to
an oral agreement with owner under which the contractor was to be paid for
the time and materials furnished at its standard rate and prices. A copy of the
invoice is attached as Exhibit "A".
5. The labor and materials furnished consist of the following: the sanding and
finishing of hardwood floors in the Owners' dwelling.
6.
The Claimant completed his work on the property on May 17, 2004, which
is less than four (04) months before the filing of this claim.
7. Claimant has been paid nothing toward the debt due Claimant for the stated
labor and materials, and there is due and owing a balance of ONE
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS ($1870.00), for
which this claim is made.

Claimant, EWING'S WOOD FLOORS, INC.,. through the undersigned counsel, files this
claim against the improvements and property at 36 Kelly Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for a payment
due to Claimant as a contractor for labor and materials lurnished by Claimant and the sanding and
finishing of wood floors. In support of the claim, the Claimant avers the following statement;

Jamie L. Plasterer, husband and wife, with an address at 36 Kelly Drive,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Claimant is Ewing's Wood Floors, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation having its
