AND NOW, this ~ day of ~, 2011, upon consideration of the
within petition of Harold L. Reep for settlem t of a small estate pursuant to 20 P.S. § 3102, it
is hereby ordered and decreed as follows:
1. The Estate of Carol V. Reep, in so far as it consists of Monumental Life Insurance
Company check no. 06022307 drawn on BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware in the amount of
$16,687.83 dollars, shall be distributed to the said Harold L. Reep.
2. The Adams County National Bank, Newville Branch, is hereby authorized and directed to
accept the above-referenced check made to Carol V. Reep for deposit into the account of
Harold L. Reep, previously titled jointly with the decedent.
