AND NOW, this 19th day of April, 2011, upon consideration of the Trustee, Mid
Penn Bank's Petition for Citation to show cause why Co-Executors should not be
compelled to partially fund testamentary trusts prior to settlement of final account;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. Co-Executors, Wendell B. Stockdale, Sr., and Jane Stockdale, shall file an
Answer to Trustee, Mid Penn Bank's Petition;
2. The Answer shall be filed on or before May 2, 2011;
3. If requested by either party, argument on the matter shall be held on
Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
