Plaintiff is a corporation with offices in ONE FINANCIAL PARKWAY KALAMAZOO, MI 49009. 2. Defendant, is an adult individual residing at 1169 CROSS CREEK DRIVE MECHANICSBURG, PA 17050. 3. Defendant, is an adult individual residing at 1169 CROSS CREEK DRIVE MECHANICSBURG, PA 17050. 4. Defendants applied for and received a credit card bearing the account number XXXXXXXXXXXX9297. 5. Defendants made use of said credit card and currently has a balance due and owing to Plaintiff, as of March 9, 2011, in the amount of $5,684.35. A true and correct copy of Plaintiff's Statement of Account is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "1" and made a part hereof. 6. Plaintiff is the successor in interest to National City Bank. 7. Defendants are in default of the terms of the cardholder Agreement having not made monthly payments to Plaintiff thereby rendering the entire balance immediately due and payable. 8. Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendants have willfully failed and/or refused to pay the principal balance, or any part thereof to Plaintiff.
