AND NOW, this 19th day of April, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters filed by
Gary Morgan and Billy Morgan, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will
and Testament, which is undated, and containing certain obliterations thereon, the Register of Wills having given
consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those obliterations and renders the following
decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of Beatrice
N. Beck including the obliterations which remove the words written in the fourth paragraph and at the bottom left
corner of the document.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Gary Morgan and Billy
Morgan.
