Petition of Charles G. Appleby, Jr. and pursuant to 20 Pa. Con. Stat. Section 3102 it is hereby
ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
1. The disbursements made in paragraph 5 of the Petition which were disbursed prior to the
filing of the Petition are hereby ratified and confirmed.
2. The balance in the estate of Grace S. Diletto consisting of Metra Bank checking account
number 0537153116 is ordered and directed to be paid as follows:
a. Charles G. Appleby, Jr. -reimbursement for filing fees advanced $58.50
b. Andrews & Johnson -legal fees $750.00
c. Charles G. Appleby, Jr. -Delaware County Orphans Court -
final report of the estate filing fee $25.00
d. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Public Welfare -
payment of claim $3,152.23

the account at the time of
distribution)
