WHEREAS, Frederick L. Madeira and Carolyn G. Madeira, his wife, Owr,
Mechanicsburg. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporanec
herewith, a contract, with Keo Homes. Inc. of Selinsgrove, Snyder County, Pennsylvania,
fbllowing services: construction ora ] ~ story Cape Cod home at 407 ~t/~ Main Street, B~
of Shiremanstown, (¢tmberland County, Pennsylwmia;
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract situate in the Borough of Shiremanstown, Comity of Cumberlan
and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as £ollows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Simpson Road at the southwest comer of lands now e'
late ofC~E, Bretz and Mildred E. Bretz, his wife, said point being 600 feet west of a pin in th
center of Simpson Road at the comer of lands now or late of Minnie A. Rupp; thence along ti
said lands now or late ofC.E. Bretz and Mildred E, Bretz, his wife, North 14 degrees West
264.3 feet to lands now or late of Lebanon Valley College; thence by said last mentioned lands
South 56 degrees 50 minutes West 79.76 feet to a point; thence South 14 degrees East 237.8 feet
to a point in the center line of Simpson Road; thence along the center line of said road North 76
degrees l 5 minutes East 75 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
NOW, /4~P~-t~_ _~ ,2001, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any' authority has been given by the said Owners
to the said Contractor to commence the said work, or purchase materials for the same h~
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor, and the fiwther consideration
of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen
or any other person.for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materiials purchased
in connection with said work, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
