I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done. 2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give, devise as follows: A. Five (5%) per cent thereof to my grandson, Scott E. Kitzmiller. B. Five (5%) per cent thereof to my grandson, Keith A. Kitzmiller. C. The remaining ninety (90%) per cent shall be divided into equal shares and be given to my daughter, Joyce E. Sheaffer, and my son, Barry E. Kitzmiller, pgr stir~es. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following conditions: On or about April 15, 1993, my said daughter and her husband borrowed from me the amount of Twenty-seven Thousand ($27,000.00) Dollars. Said loan to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum. Upon my death, any balance of principal and interest then remaining unpaid shall be first deducted from my said daughter's share. Should my said daughter's share in my estate be insufficient to pay such balance, then I direct my executor to take steps to collect the remaining balance of the said loan. This instruction is made so that my said son, Barry, shall be able to inherit his rightful share in my estate. In the event it is impossible to collect said balance, the shares distributed shall be adjusted to reflect such fact. 3. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Barry E. Kitzmiller, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that he should predecease me or for any reason be unwilling or unable to act as such Executor, I nominate, constitute and appoint my grandson, Scott E. Kitzmiller and Keith A. Kitzmiller, to be Co-executors in his place and stead.
