AND NOW, this 20th day of April, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition to Probate a Copy of Will, filed
by Jo Ann Shepp Burns and Lou Ann Shepp Houck, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate
as the Last Will and Testament, dated February 2, 2006, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto,
has made an official determination and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of Wilbur
R. W. Hubley.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letter and Oath of
Personal Representatives that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Jo Ann Shepp Burns and Lou Ann Shepp
Houck, who shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
